Over the years we have had the opportunity to produce this variety from six different vineyards in 3 AVA’s (Napa Valley, Russian River Valley and now Sonoma County) and we believe this site shows the perfect balance of rich red berry fruit and herbaceous undertones, silky tannins and moderate acidity.  The wine is rich in color, as dense as a Franc we have produced, but not at the cost of beauty.  This wine is an absolute showstopper - Craig’s favorite to date.
