This wine was produced in what has traditionally been our Unoaked version of Chardonnay, but with the use of a small amount of french oak and with the addition of Concrete as the primary fermentation and aging vessel. The resulting wine shows a high tuned, citrusy core with green apples, and a slatey undertone. The palette follows suit with vibrancy and freshness.  A counterpart to this offering that saw the use of more barrel is in the future - a fun side by side to be had!
